Erin's MAC Blush Collection, Part One / by Erin Baynham

Erin's MAC Blush Collection | Scandalous BeautyI really love blush. It's the product that adds that extra finishing element to your face. Plus, it tends to last for hours on end, and always has an effect. If you recall, I was a makeup artist for a few years. MAC was very convenient for me to get because a)I freelanced for them, so I was always nearby b) I had a discount, and c) they came in a very handy palette form. I gave away quite a few blushes because I just didn't need them anymore.

Colors in this collection that I purchased for myself include Ambering Rose, Mountain High (Beauty Powder), Frame, Fever. These were shades that looked great on me, and I put them in this collection. Everything else is a mix of products bought for my kit, swaps, samples or gratis.

Mountain High is a beauty powder, which came out with the Diana Ross collection years ago. I cracked that one, as well as Frame, when I tried to depot them. I think I dropped the palette a few times, that's why Prism is cracked.

The three neutral blushes to the right are all Mineralize. They have a bit of shimmer and sheen when you wear them.  I usually wear them over another blush or as a highlight. You can find the permanent powder blushes and mineralize blushes on maccosmetics.com. Stay tuned for part two and three of my collection!
