Can't say that I'm too impressed with this one. It's just a little too neutral and a little to average to seem like a justifiable $45 purchase, in my opinion. The color payoff of the top two eyeshadows is pretty good, exactly what you would expect from MAC. But the bottom two barely have color payoff, without a base. So if you end up using my go-to Paint Pot in Painterly, these shadows will definitely show up more. A lot more.
Overall, the entire quad looks very dupeable and basic to me. If I want black eye shadow, with or without shimmer, I'll use old faithful Carbon.
