Red Lip of the Day: Make Up For Ever Rouge Intense in Moulin Rouge and Stila Lipglaze in Currant

It should come as no surprise that I'm over the moon about Make Up For Ever. This particular lipstick was highly pulicized as part of the MUFE Moulin Rouge collaboration. It's not as exciting in the tube..

Stila comes out with a mini Lip Glaze set during Holiday every year. I purchase them every year. They no longer make them look like the lip glaze above, they are now just smaller versions of the actual lip glaze. Over all, I absolutely adore this combination! I love vivid, long lasting reds. This one is spot on!

Red Lip of the Day: Maybelline Red Revival and Becca Fuchsia Crush Glossy Lip Tint

Last year, my best friend Miriam was going out and needed a red lipstick. She was at her local drugstore and didn't have much time to spare. She called me, and I went to twitter. There were 7 or 8 responses for Maybelline Red Revival lipstick, so she picked it up. So did I.

Maybelline Red Revival has pigment, shine and coverage, all rammed into one tube of lipstick. It's really freakin' amazing. I added only a swipe of Becca Glossy Tint, on the bottom of my lips, then blended. I own many, many tubes of red lipstick. This has to be in my top 10, and definitely sits in the top 3 of my favorite drugstore reds. Kudos, Maybelline!

Bold Lip of The Day: Wet 'N Wild 908C and MAC Indigo Pink

Wet 'N Wild has come a very, very long way. I used to walk past the display unit without a second thought. Now I go to see if there are any new palettes.

This particular lipstick, Mega Last Lipstick in 908C, is full coverage, opaque, and definitely a department store dupe.

I added MAC Lipglass in Indigo Pink on top. I chose this color because I bought this at my local Cosmetic Company Outlet. I really liked the color, and thought I would add it to my arsenal of lip colors that I'll never be able to get through.
